Who is Wonky Cat?
Wonky Cat is a stuffed cat I made for a friend because I had no money to buy them a birthday present. He is pink and white striped with button eyes, and I hope he’s not fussy about his living situation because last time I was at my friend’s house, he appeared to be residing under a large stuffed cow. He is the mascot of this site.
Do you do custom orders or adapt the jewellery already for sale?
Yes, depending on how available charms are. Some take a while to order, but some I will have in stock. Please contact me through the contact form and be as specific as possible about your request and I will get back to you as soon as possible to say if I can make it. I can adapt jewellery if you wish. If you would prefer one more jumpring to add to the length of a pair of earrings for instance, or a longer size for the chain of a bracelet, that can be done. Contact me and again, be as specific as possible. (No extra charge, unless you want to add more charms or beads.)
Do you give refunds?
Only if the item is faulty. Item descriptions are as accurate and detailed as possible, so that is exactly what you will be committing to buy. If you still have questions after reading the item description, please contact me before buying to prevent disappointment. However, if your item is damaged or broken, return it in the condition received within 5 days, and I will either fix it or refund you. Postage will only be refunded if item is faulty. I am not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost once I have sent them out. Please note that while I wish all customers to be happy, I will not respond to any abusive or aggressive emails of any sort. I am happy to deal with any problems as long as it is civil. ;)
How does postage work?
It should only cost a little more than the cost of postage you see on the envelope - this difference is to cover packaging which I will keep to a minimum. Any decoration that may appear on packaging does not cost extra, unless it is a service offered in the shop (eg. gift wrapping). If you have a further query after receiving your item, please contact me. I use standard post but other types are available (registered, courier) so if you wish to use one of these, please contact me before purchasing. I cannot change postage type once you have bought an item. I cannot be held accountable for any goods damaged or lost after I have sent them out. I will email you as soon as I have shipped item. A response is not necessary but would be greatly appreciated so that I know you are expecting it. Thanks.
Do you combine shipping?
All your orders will be combined together if you make them on the same day as the cost will remain the same for multiple items. This is because they are so light. If it goes over the maximum weight for that price it will cost more but it is unlikely that it would ever weigh that much. I cannot guarantee combined shipping if you make separate orders on separate days as I will try to send them out as quickly as possible, however it would be worth contacting me just in case I haven’t already posted your original order.

One click a day per person provides 1.1 cups of food to someone who needs it. There are six tabs at the top for different charities all of which work in the same way. It takes less than a minute to click all six but makes a big difference.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
